For mild to moderate pimples/ acne:
-------->
1. Use cleansers that does not strip away moisture so as not to trigger skin to rebound by producing more excess oil.
I recommend : Stiefel Acne Aid Cleansing Cream, Panoxyl Bar, VMV clarifying soap and neutrogena Acne Prone Skin facial Bar.
2. Spot Treatments: Use ones with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide which kill bacteria in ur pimple.
3. At home peels : exfoliation does wonders to keep pores clean.
I recommend : Lancome Resurface Peel or L'oreal White Perfect Peel.
4. Concealers: Try cover ups which are oil free.
I recommend : Lancome Effacernes and Revlon Colorstay Blemish Concelaer.
-------------->
For Sever pimple:
1. Birth control pills : to normalize estrogen levels
2. Oral Antibiotics
3.Retinoid Creams
4. Accutane
5. In office treatments/ acne surgery
For your Scar problem:
----------------->
Those scars or discolorations you get from post-acne marks are EASY TO ERASE!
Usually, a derma can provide you with a bleaching agent. But deeper scars need laser resurfacing but you're skin needs to regenerate after a laser surgery which works as it burns the top layer of skin to encourage the skin to produce collagen as replacement of depressions.

So far I know both can be eliminated, but it requires time and patience. Scares due to pimples may take much time. Some ayurvedic powder is available. apply it in night and wash in the morning. I canot remember its commercial name. Please enquire?
But the black heads you can remove by using a good quality forceps. Just sit infront of a mirror in good light and try to remove the black heads carefully or you may not completily remove. Once it will be removed it may not appear again in the same place. So try this out. Hope you will be benifited.

you won't have the ability to fairly do away with it. yet i might start up with looking a clean activity. and end writing lots on the computer. Do sporting activities including your acquaintances. Set a objective for your self to purely stay on the computer for 2 hours then decrease down each month. it ought to shop you a pair of dollars on the electrical powered bill!!! ;). basically discover some thing else to do, in case you won't have the ability to check out what video clips are drawing close, what activities that sound kinda cool. Be obtainable as a substitute of interior right here.

Hi
best to visit a dermatologist and get advice, sounds like it is a long term problem that may require treatment.
Also change your diet and monitor any progress before taking any medication

scars has no e in it. If you have scars, you can't get rid of those without plastic surgery. Best to stop digging up your pimples.
Blackheads are difficult. Only thing to do is wash your face
