Skin & Body - September 2006

I am 26 years old and have tried practicially everything out there to get my skin to clear up. I have tried grocery store and department store items and Proactive at one time even. I am not totally broken out, like I have acne all over or anything. Can anyone make some suggestions that deals with something similar. Maybe try Proactive again??? I don't know.

Neutrogena has a "sensitive skin" sunscreen, which works real well, but they only make it for the body, not for the face. help!

My 15-year-old sister walks on her toes when she's at home or whenever she's barefoot. Now, the thing is, she's almost ALWAYS barefoot, so she's almost ALWAYS on tiptoe. (But when she wears shoes, she walks normally enough.)

Why does she walk that way? I asked her about it, and she said it's comfortable. Strange. She's done it as long as I can remember. I'm fine with it, it's even a bit cute. I'm just curious.

I've looked into the matter and all I can see is info about mental disorders. Now, my sister does NOT have a mental disorder. She's extremely intelligent and very sociable too, and apart from the little tiptoe quirk, she's pretty much a normal girl. (In fact, the tiptoe quirk might be somewhat normal too... I don't know, I don't walk barefoot and I'm not really a typical girl, so you tell me =p)

I ONLY EAT TWICE A DAY ONLY, 1 6" SUBWAY SANDWICH (MEATBALL MARINARA WITH MANY VEGGIES) SOMETIMES INSTEAD OF THAT I EAT LEAN POCKET SUBS, ALL THIS DURING DAY TIME. I TRY TO JOG / WALK A MINIMUM OF 30 - 40 MINUTES A DAY 5 DAYS A WEEK. I TRY TO REST DURING THE WEEKEND, BUT SOMETIMES I GO WALKING OR PLAY SOCCER. AFTER THAT, I WORK MY ABS, I STARTED DOING ONLY 100 A DAY. NOW I CAN DO OVER 1,000 EASILY. THE SECRET OF THIS HAS BEEN THAT I HAVE BEEN CONSISTENT.

FINALLY, MY 2 HOUR DAILY WORKOUT ENDS UP WITH WEIGHTLIFTING, OVER 400 REPS FOR ARMS INCLUDING, BICEPS, TRICEPS, CHEST, LEGS, SHOULDERS AND BACK ALWAYS WITH LIGHT WEIGHT ONLY 5 POUNDS AND SOMETIMES 10 POUNDS. I THINK I CAN LOSE ANOTHER 24 POUNDS WITHIN THE NEXT 2 MONTHS.

HOW CAN I ACHIEVE THIS GOAL FASTER? I DON'T WANT TO USE PILLS.

spot creams OTHER THAN.. tootpaste, germoline, tcp? that actually work fast and effective mine are starting to bug me and i keep toucing them, so it makes them worse, but i can't help it!!!

I have always had really small unattractive breasts and feel very uncomfortable and embarrased being naked and intimate with a man so I have shut them out of my life.
