If you get a cheap surgery, you'll end up getting what you paid for. Cheap surgery = bad job. There are pills that can give you up to 2 sizes of an enlargement. I don't know the name, but it's a hormone. Ask your doctor about it first before you decide to go under.

Why do you feel the need to do this? The cheapest breast enlargement surgery is to leave them alone.

According to researches, unless the pill has hormones in it, they can't enlarge breasts. Same with creams. Hormone pills can be prescribed only by a doctor and after a full check up, otherwise it's deadly dangerous. My opinion is - either you are waisting your money or risking your health. The first variant is still better, yeah?

Um, this isn't something to go cheap on. There are a lot of hacks out there who give discounts just to get someone on their operating table.
Wait until you have the money to do it, or don't do it at all. If you're doing this just for looks, please rethink it? Boobies are wonderful, no matter what size they are! ;)
