Creams do not work. Stretch marks become almost invisible over time. As for the sagging, maintain a sensible diet that includes lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and start with light exercises like walking before progressing to more specific exercises like crunches for the abs. If you're breastfeeding, avoid any extreme diet measures because you'll need the extra nutrients and calories. However, don't use this as an excuse to overeat. Be patient. It will take time. It took me 2 years to get back into shape.

Firstly, lose the weight slowly to avoid elasticity loss in the skin through fast weight loss. I would use cocoa butter oil Palmers. It is fabulous for this and fades stretchmarks too. I use it and my skin is perfect and I lost 30lbs.
