pluck after a shower. the hair follicle is open and easier to tweeze. dont pluck right before or during ur period as ur tolerence of pain is really low during those days. apply aloe gel after tweezing to soothe ur skin

Put any of the numbing oral Gel that is sold over the counter, such as anbesol or another similar product. This will numb long enough to get a few hairs. If you require more than just a touch up, waxing is the way to go, get all the pain over at once. The upside is that waxing will make for better looking arches than plucking alone.

I used to pluck too and end up teary eyed and miserable...i go to the salon and wax it now...there's still pain but only for 2 nanosecond...and u are done..u go home feelin pretty, with very little stinging pain but that will be gone in 4 hours. so just wax...if u still prefer to pluck...it helps to put facial lotion at the eyebrow area just to soften before the dreadful procedure.

get them waxed...they do it in like 5 sections and it is fast. It costs about 10-20 dollars and they do a way better job. I have this problem where i sneeze everytime i pluck so I had to start getting them waxed..and I loved how quick it was...you should try it!

use a hot cloth on your eyebrow to open the pores before plucking you may need to do this every now and then in between too. it makes the hair come out easier

Well, I believe the more often you touch up and tweeze the easier. Also, make sure you have good tweezers, and lighting. Use a warm cloth to open pores and make less tense as well as massage the area right before.

You're probably pulling at the skin AND the hair. Try holding down the skin away from the direction of the pull. If all else fails, hit the area with a drop of ANBESOL--the tooth medication. (but take great care not to get it near your eye). B.

There is a product by Anastasia that will numb the area. She has a few other things to help with eyebrow grooming. You will be able to get her products at Sephora stores and their Web site.
Hope this helps!
