I ONLY EAT TWICE A DAY ONLY, 1 6" SUBWAY SANDWICH (MEATBALL MARINARA WITH MANY VEGGIES) SOMETIMES INSTEAD OF THAT I EAT LEAN POCKET SUBS, ALL THIS DURING DAY TIME. THE MAIN STUFF AT NIGHT IS A SALAD(CARROTS AND LETTUCE DURING NIGHT TIME), AND IF I GET TIRED OF THE SALADS I EAT A NUTRI GRAIN NUTRITIONAL BAR. I DO NOT DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY. ONLY 3 OR 4.

I TRY TO JOG / WALK A MINIMUM OF 30 - 40 MINUTES A DAY 5 DAYS A WEEK. I TRY TO REST DURING THE WEEKEND, BUT SOMETIMES I GO WALKING OR PLAY SOCCER. AFTER THAT, I WORK MY ABS, I STARTED DOING ONLY 100 A DAY. NOW I CAN DO OVER 1,000 EASILY. THE SECRET OF THIS HAS BEEN THAT I HAVE BEEN CONSISTENT.

FINALLY, MY 2 HOUR DAILY WORKOUT ENDS UP WITH WEIGHTLIFTING, OVER 400 REPS FOR ARMS INCLUDING, BICEPS, TRICEPS, CHEST, LEGS, SHOULDERS AND BACK ALWAYS WITH LIGHT WEIGHT ONLY 5 POUNDS AND SOMETIMES 10 POUNDS. I THINK I CAN LOSE ANOTHER 24 POUNDS WITHIN THE NEXT 2 MONTHS.

HOW CAN I ACHIEVE THIS GOAL FASTER? I DON'T WANT TO USE PILLS.

Hey, Congradulations first of all on loosing 41Lbs in 3 months. . that's amazing.

Couple of things that will give you faster results.. Instead of only eating 2 meals. .you need to eat 5 or 6 meals a day. . .so, you can speed up your metabolism. for ex. eat egg whites in the morning with whole wheat toast.. no ketchup or no cheese.

http://www.askmen.com/sports/foodcourt_60/69_eating_well.html

stay away from bread & that Processed meatballs.. .(though it is helping you loose weight, it is not healthy in the long run)

here's more on that http://consumeraffairs.com/nutrition/metab_speed.html

cut out the carrots, & stay away from Corn, & potatoes.
Also, Regular lettuce has no real nutritional value. . Like iceberg is stripped. You need to get Romaine lettuce. . (dark green) and add Raw spinach to your diet. Yes, take vitamins, & def. load up on Vitamin C & Zinc. (helps in burning fat)..Oh & add some fish to your diet. . like salmon.

Maintian the 30 min. walk. . try 2 do it 7 days a week, since we eat 7 days a week right ?.

Things u need to stay away from: Sugar, starch all kinds of corn syrup,. like high fuctorose corn syrup, all these are scintific names for sugar. . stay away from all this. No Soda pop.

no rice, no white bread (empty calories). stick with things that are Brown or Dark green.

I think that 3.25 pounds a week is pretty fast as it is. I'm not sure it'd be healthy to try to go any faster. I'd keep what you're doing, making sure you eat enough. One 6 inch sub sandwich and a lettuce salad a day really seems like too little for healthy eating given the amount of physical activity you do. The consistant exercise is probably a good part of what's helping you out here, but with lots of exercise, your food need increases because you're burning callories. Don't be afraid to suplement that salad, perhaps with a little baked chicken or something similair to give it more body. Lettuce in itself has very little nutricional value, unless you're using other lettuce than head lettuce (canola, spinach, etc). Maybe adding a whole fruit a day, say, an apple, peach or a banana, slice or two of mellon, etc a day to your diet wouldn't hurt either since it sounds like you never eat any. But I'm no expert on this stuff. I just read a lot...

faster is not better!! you need to make sure you are eating enough so your body doesn't go into a "starvation" mode. that's when you'll hit a plateau and won't lose any more weight, and your body will actually start storing fat and burning muscle... not good!
I think you are doing good right now, but maybe try to fit in a breakfast (like special K and fruit or a protein bar) because that will help keep your metabolism up.

You should be taking a vitamin supplement as well. GNC has some good stuff. In addition, a body and/or colon cleanser would assist you in getting some of the water out of your body. It is not a diet pill; it is a cleanser to clean your body from the collected toxins such as bad bacteria, etc. Also, you should try to vary your exercises such as working different parts of your body, in addition to your normal exercises.

Take your weight and minus your age then multiply by .7 , this is your target heart rate to burn FAT CALORIES ONLY, when you go over this you are using your muscles which defeats your current purpose, nice job.
