lay on your back...flat.. legs extended, hold your arms down on the floor, lift your legs at once until you are at a right angle... legs straight up... SLOWLY lower until you feet almost touch the floor.... repeat... do 3 sets of 15 daily..... this works your lower abs and helps lengthen and flatten.
next... start in the same position... lifting your legs the same, when legs are up....split legs open... in as big of a V as you can then bring together...lower legs.... repeat the sets..
dancers do this workout and I'm sure you have seen how tight dancers body's are.
another good exercise is the bike.... lay on the floor in the crunch position... like you are putting you legs on a chair... only with out the chair....
lift your torso in a crunch... hold
alternate legs like you are riding a bike... be sure you are doing the crunch properly or your neck will be sore and you wont work the right muscles. do 20 reps 3 sets... you will feel it... especially after you do the other exercise.
oh.... try pilattes... the whole workout focuses on your core... which needs to be strong to have a really flat stomach......

Sometimes when a person has slow moving bowels, their stomach tends to be a bit bigger, although I don't know if that's your case. Do some variations of situps, crunches and other exercises. There's actually a lot of them that work different muscles so eventually you can get your whole stomach toned.
http://www.bodyresults.com/e1exercises.asp Take a look at the Core/Upper Body section. There's a lot in there.

You sound like you are doing lots of exercise, so I am assuming you want it totally flat??
Physically it's impossible for a woman to have a totally flat stomach like a man because of the womb. We are just built like that - accept it and love it! Anyway I think woman look much sexier with a little bump than with totally straight stomachs.

try swiss ball exercises. the balancing, which is absent in any other tummy flattening regime, really makes your abs work harder and there you go...
