The one I have now is a Vidal Sassoon, $10.00 from Wal Mart. It doesn't work very well at all for my hair. I have medium thickness, wavy hair. I can't spend more than $30 on it until I save up some money. (I'm hoping to buy a Chi hair straightener when I got the money) What is a good straightener for my type of hair, and what is a good place to buy it. Please help me with this. School starts next week and I won't be able to get an expensive straightener for about a month!!!!

Hi!
I wamt to cut my hair into a different style for the new school year. I have shoulder length hair that is dirty blonde that is wavy...not curly. I want to cut it shorter, maybe layers, but the most important thing is I want to get bangs. I want to ask if I get regular bangs, will I be able to make them side with styling? And also, I would like to know if wavy hair would look good with bangs, and if the bangs would be wavy as well.
