Use the product line Ion Anti-Frizz Solutions sold at Sally Beauty Supply. This line of products helps the hair and reduces the amount of perms needed to straighten the hair in a year. Along with Ion hair dryer (cuts drying time and aids in straightening the hair) and other Ion styling appliances.

I have had luck with all Matrix products and it is best to change hair shampoos and conditioners every few months. First I would get it cut or trimmed to take care of the damaged ends. Always condition and maybe invest in a straightener. There are many different products that take care of frizz but remember, the more product you use, the more damage your hair tends to get.

Get it professionally cut to remove some of the damaged hair.
or
Wash and deep condition. Apply styling gel for anti-frizz and then brush back into a pony tail. Just twist it into a bun and pin. Let air dry and then brush out. It will be wavy and silky.

For the frizz, use weekly hair masks with banana or avocado or olive oil and look online for something called Pro Natural’s argan oil, that one is for after a shower and it's silicone free so it works better than others. It's not greasy or anything, it just makes it softer and smoother.

use a smoothing gel or lotion(i like so sleek line by matrix) make sure your hair is thoroughly dry and then use a flat iron followed up by a shine product (my fave is repair and shine by farouk), get a good trim and use professional products to help maintain, if your hair is dry and damaged go treat your self to a deep conditioner (joico k-pak is grand!)

use squashed bananas to help the dry part... bananas r pure protein... it helps.. and the frizzy part... get a no frizz serum... its usually oily... or a home remedy, after u take a shower, take a few drops of olive oil in ur palm, masage it into ur palms n then put it in ur hair, especially at the ends.. n where its worst..

you can apply egg white and soak itin your hair for about half an hour and then wash. This is a good way of conditionng. You can also apply mehandi to your scalp occassionally which helps your roots to gain strength.

Use a hair polish after washing. Frizz Ender or Frizz Ease is good. They are not oily and make your hair shine. Your hair dries faster too.
