Waxing will definately get rid of the hair and is totally better than shaving! Dont shave it! Your other choice is to get it zapped off, it will never grow back again

Waxing is painful and in the long run, causes wrinkles. There is a product called Finishing Touch that cuts the hair from the surface. If you cannot find Finishing Touch, there are similar products that are sold at the drugstores.

okay so this might sound crazy but you can also pluck the hair out. its way better than waxing and is not painful. it does take a while, but it works so i say try it. or if you dont want to do that than wax. DO NOT SHAVE! good luck!

I would not wax I would try a bleaching kit or product that you can buy at a local store..It will blend in better. With waxing it would come in thicker and darker....good luck

dont bleach it....if you leave it on to long..it will look horrible, trust me.. just try waxing...i dosent hurt that much...its not as painful as people are making it sound. its woth waixg after a while you get used to it and it hurts less. what hurts more than waxing is threading though....thats the one that hurts like ****.

It can help, but trust me...waxing your lip hurts like &^%$! I've had my underarms waxed and that hurt less than my little tiny lip!

i admire chin hair (yet not all nasty looking, save it clean!) top lip seems sturdy on some adult males, none on the cheek cuzz you will look like a bum. you sound hottt inspite of the incontrovertible fact that =] lol nahh yet heavily clean shaven seems dumb ladies like the facial hair!
