Perms work yes. But I wouldnt get one if your hair is that thin. It might all fall out. If you would like to curl it try scrunching it when you get out of the shower with mousse. And blowdry.

Or for an even different idea try hot rollers or put plain foam rollers in your hair at night when your hair is wet. When you get up blow dry a little first, get them out, and hairspray!

Hope this helps!

Yes, perms really work. To keep your hair curled with a curling iron, you will have to use product. Use some type of hold gel or mouse before you blow dry, then spray each section (just before curling) with some type of soft hold spray (hairspray), curl, let set a minute (cool off) before styling....also DO NOT COMB the curls. USE YOUR FINGERS TO SEPARATE AND STYLE.

I am a hair stylist.

Get a perm. If you have baby fine hair tell them to leave the perm solution for two minutes. Or else you will have a frizzy har.

the best and easiest way i can think of is to shower and when you come out of the shower with your hair still wet put get on it and srunch your hair up and just try to make it curl with your fingers

you can braid your hair in cornrows, with some mousse, let dry, and un-do the braids, and you well get a wavy look.
