I really want to become a musical theater actress. I'm 15 and I live in a suburb by rochester. Should a get an agent, where and how??

I've heard the same thing over and over again; the chances of that are 1 in 1 million. I don't care what the chances are! I'm kind of shy around my parents about that stuff, so I can't just say,"Mom, can you find me an acting coach?" I'm not allowed to go to those talent scout things because it costs money. If there was just some way to find an audition for a movie that would be fantastic! I live in newport beach in so cal, so ive kind of been in the hollywood hustle and bustle all of my life. Please help!

Are the dance routines just kept in the choreographer's head, and the choreographer directs the dancers, who memorize the moves? Or is there some way of actually encrypting or illustrating, or recording the details of the routine? We just saw the touring version of "Movin Out" and were trying to imagine how all those routines could be communicated, and each individual routine coordinated so beautifully with the other routines going on simultaneously.

OK, so I asked how to find out about auditions and stuff, and people said, 'you have to have an agent'. So now I'm asking htis question, Anyone know where I can get one? I have no idea how much it would cost or anything like that, so if you have that information, please tell. I'm just a girl who takes Drama Class, so that probably won't be good for auditions, but you have to try if you want to suceed, so here I am. Anyways, thanks for any help.

i would really love to get acting but unfortuatly live in europe!! but im going to america this summer during july for a month and would love to try some auditions, would very mush so appreciate if people could tell me where to hear about auditions...and if their are always alot of auditions for the disney channel, because i look very young fo my age and i think i have the look their looking for(but what do i know though?) im just saying i would sure love to give it my best shot, thats all...would someone be able to tell me..where they holed auditions, where you can hear about them and what you have to have rehearsed for the auditions?? and do you think i could get an audition when i go over to america i july? would really apreciate any information...
