Wanting isn't enough, you have to be willing to fight for this.
Now, Disney doesn't hold open calls, they have scheduled auditions only.
That means you have to have your agent schedule one for you.
Then, you would go to Los Angeles and audition.

LA and there is no way you can get a speaking part without an agent. And, of course your parents' consent.

they will have casting calls sometimes in local cites you just have to keep looking in the paper. other wise you would have to go to Hollywood. good luck
