Does anybody else know how much longer Jonathan Groff will be doing Spring Awakening I will see it for the 2nd time in January. Also Does anybody else know how much longer the members of the orgional Broadway cast will be on stage doing Spring Awakening, I heard Just befor Christmas but I also know that Idina Menzel was Elphaba on Broadway for almost 15 months. I Know Giddeon Glick has already left and was replaced by Blake Daniel what about the rest.

I tried out for comedy sports......i thought i did well.....evn other ppl said i did really well....i thought i would b calledback.....i looked on the list and im not there....but ppl who couldnt make a hyena laugh for **** were there.....im a sophmore....so i dont think lack of expirience is the reason....any suggestions on y i didnt make it?

i am taking a theater class at school and i have what is called a "ballad opera assignment", in which i have to rewrite the lyrics to a modern popular song. i missed the lecture on ballad operas (which is what this assignment is based on), so could someone explain ballad operas to me and possibly how to approach this assignment, that would be great.

i have to choose a character
such as a doctor or teacher
or whatever and then i have to do a character analysis
the problem is i'm having trouble thinking of who i should be
my teacher said the more interesting the better...

hi,
I was just wondering can anyone give me any tips on getting into the acting buisness (on TV)
i am with an agency but they are rubbish and all they want is my money!
so i have applied to another,
but i was wondering, any sites that list open auditions in/near yorkshire?
id like to be in a film like mischeif night, or in a programme like hollyoaks or emmerdale, or waterloo road, something along those lines.
I'd really appreciate advice from everyone that can offer it!
or any tips from those that work for an agency or are in the buisness.

I'm really interested in acting and I have been since a young age.
I've read about a lot of university courses and courses for 18+ students and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what there opinion of a drama course they/someone they know went on and how they found it, good or really useful? etc.

As there are many courses to choose from.

I know you have to have some pretty good grades, to apply for some and so if anyone could give me an opinion on how they found working up to get the grades was, hard but worth it in the end? No good, would try another etc.

I won't be able to enter a drama course at college until i'm 16 next year, but I have found a course that I can do then.

So in advance I would appreciate people's opinions on drama university courses, for when I've completed the college course.

hey all
I have auditions for oliver soon and I really really REALLY want the role of Nancy... however, I know that the auditioner type casts which really pisses me off but there's nothing i can do about that!

so, i was wondering if y'all could help me get this role. what can i do to become more likeable - i'm not exactly the most pretty or skiniest girl on the block!

any ideas? sugestions?
