I want to move to LA to crack into acting, but how does it all work? Do I need an agent or do I just get audition schedules from somewhere and show up for castings? Help!

I am only fourteen and haven't done any acting pieces, really. I did a few skits in school drama class, and my teachers really like it. I always had good grades. I know I have to start small, but I dont know how to put together a resume without showing any acting experiences. Can somebody help me put one together?

Everyone in my family supports of my dream to be a singer and a dancer and actress. They even think me and my freinds band is the best they heard. but my dad wants me to stay close to him and not become famous. a year ago my friend Gabi and I started a band and we want to be famous and be known. we write amazing songs together...and my friend is an amazing actress. I want you to help me find a way to become famous. but i have no idea how to. I can earn however much money it takes as long as its under $1000 dollars per person. I'm 14 years old, and i know that's kind of late to be just starting an acting career. I've been in school plays, but thats it. I'm told i'm very good, and i think i am too. All i have wanted to do my whole life was to be an actress and to be in movies and on television. However, my family doesn't have tons of money to get an agent, and i live in a tiny town in New Jersey. I don't know how to get started. How would you find auditions for movies and shows? I'm so serious about this, i know i can do it and i really want to do it more than anything, but i need help. And this isnt just a phase that a lot of girls go through wanting to be rich and famous.

Thye featured it on ET a couple years ago and they have the casting and where they are all you do is show up and sign in. I think it's somewhere in california but they have different places in the US. PLEASE HELP.

But if I call his line, they arent just goign to let me talk to him, will they? And I already mailed him and his secretary said he cant talk to me through mail. What should I do. And even if I do actually end up talking to him, what am i supposed to say? I am worried i will get to nervous........
