The very first thing I would advise you to do is to be aware of the possiblity that such calls may be scams trying to get you to buy something. Be sure to take a parent with you. Do not pay anything to register. If they want money they are a scam.

If you wear makeup, make sure it's not heavy....something light will do perfectly. No, I wouldn't wear bermuda shorts and a tank top. You want to look nice but comfortable. Wear something clean, pressed and functional. Yes, have fun, but don't goof around. There is a big difference. You have a job to do and that is to perform your audition piece as best you can. If you are prepared and you put your all into it then you will naturally have fun with it. Be courteous to the agents. If you have any questions ask before you begin. Make sure to project your voice, and don't strain it. I wish you the best and I hope you get the role.

I wouldn't wear shorts. Just try to act professionally. Control your nerves. Don't say, sorry this is my first time. Just pay attention. Wear a little makeup. You should look like yourself. Do your best. You can look casual but put together, like if you're going out with friends or something.

It's ok to dress casually for open calls. Mostly, you'll want to be comfortable. Don't wear a lot of makeup. Just look nice. And, yes, they want to see you having fun. That's the most important thing.

Good luck.

Every agent is different.
You should have researched this with your actor friends, that have been on Agent auditions in the city where you live.
