I didn't take my headshot pictures is yet should I fax my resume over to cesd talent agnecy in the meantime?I would like this questions to be answered from fixing_uh_hole if possible.

You never fax your resume to an agent directly unless they ask you to. You mail it in like everyone else but to do so without a headshot would be a waste of everyone's time. Wait until you have everything ready to go and do things right so that you don't present yourself in an unprofessional manner.

Sorry I'm not fixing_uh_hole, but if I were you, I would wait. They will probably pay more attention to you if you sent it all at the same time. Plus, if they got a résumé on one day and headshots another day, they would think you were unprofessional.
