Me and my freind was wondering how to get started in acting in californa. We do not know so be speciftic.

Sorry you didn't get any answers from anybody who knows anything. You need to be ready to act at the professional level before you even attempt to get any kind of work. You do that by getting your training in classes and experience in plays and independent film. Then you try to get professional work and an agent.

Having never done it, I would say take some classes and get some experience, then get an agent. You could start off in commercials and work your way up. The best thing to do is prepare as best you can with your look and your skills, and then network. California isn't the only place to be an actress. Be open to taking experience anywhere, from personal youtube projects, to independent films and theatre. But as with many things, its who you know not what you know. You could also look at the biographies of famous actresses to see how they got their start. Good luck!

Go to the "Valley" area, and inquire about pornography houses. Then once you make the top in that career, see how fast legitimate talent scouts will sign you on. It worked for Jenna Jamison. HA HA!!!
