Everyone in my family supports of my dream to be a singer and a dancer and actress. They even think me and my freinds band is the best they heard. but my dad wants me to stay close to him and not become famous. a year ago my friend Gabi and I started a band and we want to be famous and be known. we write amazing songs together...and my friend is an amazing actress. I want you to help me find a way to become famous. but i have no idea how to. I can earn however much money it takes as long as its under $1000 dollars per person. Please help I will give you all thumbs ups if you answer my question!

Well it is obviouse that ur dad is scared of losing u by being famouse ... as in that u'll be too busy to answer his calls then u might avoid him...
explain to ur dad how much u love him and how much this means to u and explain to him that ur family comes first before any other thing ;)
I believe in ur band! :)

I'll be honest, if your dreams are of fame only, then I'd give up now. You don't go into the entertainment business for just fame.
You go into the business for the passion of the art that you do.
You could inform your father (depending on how old you are, and how responsible he is) that he could be your manager, and that he would pretty much go where ever you go. He would however manage your finances and business affairs. Yet this can also be a benefit, as you will have a legal guardian with you at all times to sign over any parent/guardian release forms.
Now for your songs.
There are plenty of places to get a feel for what the public thinks of your music, and start a fan base.
First place is Indie911( http://www.indie911.com/ ) It's a free site that will help promote your music.
second is PureVolume (http://www.purevolume.com/ ) another free site that helps you promote your music and get a fan base, However this one is better known and helped My Chemical Romance get to where thay are.
Finally, you have to decide what you'd prefer to do first. Do you prefer to act or songwrite etc etc. Ultimatly if you tak on too much at one time, you will drown and never get off the ground. Look at Mandy Moore, or Jessica Simpson they started off in music, and then transitioned into film. Some times it works out better if you build a name for yourself and then move into another field like (dare I say it) Lindsay Lohan starting in film and then moving to music.

You want to be famous? So work really hard and get to be extraordinarily good at what you do. Keep doing it and you might get noticed.
