I LOVE to act and I want to pursue my dream of being in a movie. How can a 13 yr old boy become an actor in Dallas, Texas. Can someone tell me the steps to becoming an actor? I really want to be on Disney, but I will settle for anything.

ok i have no experience but i am going to get some like soon i am goin to an audition for a theatre for a play and im just going to do stuff like that and im 15 years old. i was thinking if i were to do that for about 2 years i would be good because i already think im pretty good at acting but then i would be 17 is that too old to start auditioning for like acutally films? Because someone told me it was? i dont think so because they say actors have been acting in films since they were very young , very young. so what do you think?

Say you want to try-out for a disney channel show and get an agent and you've already particapated in 3 theater plays and took alot of acting classes. Is that all the experince you need.

I am auditioning for High School Musical and am looking for a song to audition with that will show off my range. I am a low alto (female) who is 20 years old. Usually I would do something to make me sound older, but I am auditioning for the part of teens between 15-17. Any songs would be helpful possibly with links to where I can get the sheet music from. I act in school plays and theatres, my teachers tell me to do this, to sign up for something big, at first I was iffy, the idea of being on a world wide channel, I didn't know, but they kept telling me my talent was really good, and now I need an agent?

I'm a 31 year old male and I've been interested in acting for many, many years. I've been on stage twice in my life in early school plays, so I'm a complete beginner, and I know nothing about how to get started. To make things more complex, I live in St Louis, Missouri, not exactly actors meca. If it's not too late for me to see if I'd want to pursue this on some level, how would I even get started? Any suggestions??? One thing I do have going for me is the fact that I look like I'm 19 or 20, I'm constantly carded at clubs and casinos, so hopefully that may help me out. Where would I go from here?
