Acting class isn't something you do a couple times then move on. You continue to train throughout your career. If you're not getting anything out of the classes, find different classes.
The next step is building a resume. You should be doing theatre and trying to find roles in student films and whatever else you can. Try doing a casting search on backstage.com and looking at the breakdowns on actorsaccess.com
Once you build a resume of a few good roles, then come back and ask about getting an agent.
