I recommend the Tri-State Actor's Theater. They have great lessons for young teens.

Okay, being that you are 14 there are many ways to answer this question and they are very dependent on where you are located. If you are in LA, New York, Chicago and (being Disney aged) Florida then you have a ton of options. Anywhere else you are going to need to dig to find the right people to help you shape your skills and will have a challenge running things from so far away.
In a nutshell you will need.
#1) A source (class, private coaching, etc) that you can work on your skills and really get down how to perform, especially monologues and cold reads (cold reads are scripts that are given to you with very little advance for you to perform with a casting director or in front of a casting director)
#2) You will need your parents support. You will need to sign contracts with agents, studios, etc. As a minor you will not be able to sign for yourself. So, you need to get your parents support and having a letter stating they support you and are willing to sign binding contracts on your behalf will be good for when you are searching for agents. STAY AWAY FROM MANAGERS UNTIL YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED ONE. They are not monitored so there are more scams with managers than agents. Agents are monitored.
#3) Being under-aged you will need to obtain an under-aged work permit. Specifically and entertainment work permit. In LA there are offices in 4 different areas. Your parents need to fill out the form and attach a current report card and submit it with a self addressed stamp envelope. You will get your 6 month work permit and I recommend filling out your new application (sending via mail from that point on) about 2 months before your current one expires. Otherwise it may be hard to work! If the roll is between a kid with a permit and without guess what... the one with will get the job!
#3 Go to http://www.headshots101.com and read all about headshots. You are going to need them and there are tons of tips in there about headshots and what is needed.
#4 Put together a resume that includes any and all training, you stats (height, weight, hair color, eye color, etc) and any and all special skills. aka jazz, tap, ballet, bike riding, dirt bike riding, roller skating, archery, typing, singing, yoga, volleyball, baseball... get the idea?
#5a Put together letters with your headshots and resume, letter of support from parents and acknowledgment that you have a work permit and start sending that out to every agent in your area and/or LA and New York. until you actually have an agent.
#5b Submit yourself for anything happening in your area. Local commercials, plays, etc to build up your experience and resume no matter how small it may seem.
These are the first five steps that everyone needs to do who is under the age of 18.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Don't go to Hollywood North.com, it looks as if were designed by a crazy person, with no concept of art and design.
