I'm sure I remember a marvellous elfin photo of her in the role in the Daily Express, sometime in the early to mid 1950's. It was accompanied by a glowing review which promised a brilliant future career. Have I dreamt this?

I'm curious as to what people think happened to William Shakespeare in his 'Lost Years' before he was documented as arriving in London. Was he travelling? Writing? Was he on the run? Was he having affairs? Or was he just being a good family man to his wife and children?

I have my own thoughts, but am interested in other people's theories and why they think what they do.

I'm currently in a play where I'm a stroke victim with a really bad speech problem. So bad that there is a translation book in the back of the script. It doesn't say anything about any other defects from the stroke but I was wondering if I should come up with anything else. I tried the frozen arm thing but it didn't work with the stage movement and the lines. Now, I'm dragging one leg across the floor when walking but that's it so far.

What was Romeo and Juliet's predicament?

Come up with a better plan for these "star-crossed lovers." Can you think of a solution that would bring about a better ending to the play?

Give Me Some Feedback...Good/Bad
Drama.
Set: On a bench.
In the middle of a park right in front of a merry-go-round.
A Husband and Wife sitting calmly. They're Having some rough times.

PLAYING SCARED
The other day i was walking by here and something caught
my eye . I found the answer that i've been searching for...
(pause)
You see those kids on the merry-go-round
(she points to the ride in front of them)
After pushing it to full speed they jump on, grasp the bars
and hold on for dear life
Screaming...while gravity tries to pull them apart.
They laugh and smile...
But along with those smiles comes the thought that enters every kids mind atleast once.
Even for just a moment.
The moment where they realize that they could fall off.
(crying)
so some choose to fill up with fear.
This is that ride.
We are those kids.
I could smile forever,
But something tells me you are more than ready to fall off.
Tell me If im still on that ride who will catch you when you fall

I am needing a good up tempo audition song for the show HMS Pennafore. I'm a tenor. I think my range is a low a or b to a high c. Right now I am thinking that I might do "Almost like being in love" from "Brigandoon". It is suggested that we do something from a Gilbert and Sullivan musical, but it is not necessary. Any suggestions would help. Thanks.
