Where can i find open musical Auditions for teenagers in the UK?

I am 15 and im from the east of england. Music and the theatre have always been my passion and would like to find some auditions for musicals in England, as i have been in many shows and small mucicals. I have also been told that i have a really good voice and natural acing talent.
