I did like the movie, but I will question if it is the most romantic film of all time. There are so many good choices and It is pretty hard to single out any one movie to fit this bill.

No, Casa Blanca is. More recently, Sleepless in Seattle & The Bridges of Madison County are much better & more romantic films, too.
