I do not want you to tell me about your beleifs, ideals, hopes, dreams, or intentions.

I just want you to say whay you think that some one will feel towards you once they have gotten to know you.

For myself, I think a comment by one of my old friends sums it up well:

"You're a really great person, but....you can be weird sometimes...."

Are the complexities of the mind just an intricate result of that initial feeling? What is that feeling....is our problem that we are trying to deny it rather than accept it?

I don't know about you, but I think I sense that feeling in animals very stongly....a sort of tender "innocence" that they all share in common, and some vicious ones even "deny" that feeling themselves when their instincts for self-preservation are over-stimulated.

Norms and values are constantly re-evaluated. And norms and values are particular to societies. Now, if members of a society use substances that alter their intellectual and emotional capacities, then what becomes of these norms and values? Are they becoming less humane somehow?

Note: I do not wish to know whether or not drug use should be tolerated. I live in Belgium, near to The Netherlands, and I personally enjoy the liberal drug policy.

This is indeed a moral question: Is a society of which its members use mind-altering drugs "morally' inferior? I could not deny this. It's about how to use technological advancement virtuously as a society.
I hope you can figure it out.

I asked this question before, and got mostly lousy answers. Please, I'm not asking for any private sexual information. I want to you to tell me (very general information) about your private fantasies, like what kind of thing you like to fantasize about? I'm interested in what things you like to dream about, what kind of things that would make your dreams come true?

Why is it that it is said that cartesian skepticism (matrix idea) and solipsism are self refuting??
and if it is self refuting as commonly beleived, then why is it said to be disprovable?

are these theories something to be taken seriousely? or is it just a hypothetical "what if" question that hold on the grounds of lack of emperical evidence (because none can be drawn) despite the fact they are self refuting in theory?

the ideas are very disturbing to me and i use to have anxiety about these kinds of thoughts
