I would think shame. This is a psychological disaster because it leads to so many other issues for the person harboring it. Embarrassment and humiliation are feelings that should be felt in the process of building one's character. I do not know how an individual can understand anothers troubles, feelings or opinions without having experienced a situation where they felt embarrassed or humiliated somehow.

Great question, but where did you find where these were listed as emotions and what do you mean by challenging?
I am sincerely interested. Do you mean by challenging that there might be a degree of difficulty in the transformation of them or a degree of pain or suffering felt? Also are there emotions which are personal and others which are social?
Looking at my personal life, I often if not always have a hard time being really sure as to whether it feels good or bad.
Am I maybe psychologically cripple or is it my lack of education? Dammit, now you got me hooked but I need more time.
Ok Ok! I promised myself to answer the questions as they are asked. I choose shame because it seems to me that it is most likely to involve guilt and surely guilt is the most destructive of the three listed.

It all depends on the person, and for what reason would be causing the shame, embarrassment, or humiliation.

I would say shame...it ruins your character as a person and some people aren't forgiving for shameful situations. Embarrassmant and humiliation I think people would laugh and forget about...but for you as a person being embarrassed or humiliated, you just have to laugh it off. someone else will come along and do something dumber

If you were humiliated, then you would be embarrassed, then you would feel shame. So I guess my answer would be, humiliation.

Probaby shame; only because it most likely involves some major moral lapse.

I would say Pride since it makes us do stupid things for even stupider reasons and we know better but we can't seem to help ourselves
