Is this what seperates the strong from the weak, being able to keep the promises you make to yourself no matter what?

Is it letting go of the things that you believe bring you comfort but in reality control you and hold you back? Like the way alcohol controls an alcoholic. Being able to stay true to yourself and your goals even though the pressure to quit is great?

Simple enough question that nobody can answer. Remember that God is no answer as you would still be left with the same question of whether he appeared out of nowhere or whether he always existed. Either way something freaking crazy happened!

Somebody just asked:
Shouldn't God be questioned??

My Q is:
Shouldn't God be married?? ... else, how can He understand the associated traumas and challenges, and still Judge 'Man' with a clear conscience at the last Day??

(APB)=All Powerful-Being (P) Premesis (C) Conclusion
The properties that define "existence" apply to one thing as they do to all things. It is illogical to say that I exist and God exist yet the properties that define my existence do not apply to God existence. If God is an All powerful Being then by defintion off (APB) God cannot exist!
P1.Property of Existence- Everything that Exists is dependent upon relative realms of scope and possibility to exist.
P2. Humans exist yet require Oxygen, Earth, Water to exist or to have existed. Trees exist yet require soil, fertilization of roots by water, and photosynthesis to exist.
P3. Nothing that exists is Independent of relative realms of Scope and possibility.
P4. An (APB) would not require relative realms of scope and possibility to Be. An (APB) would be independent of relative realms of scope and possibility.
C- Hence, If God is an APB then God cannot exist.
Solution to problem-If God is an APB then God is beyond existence,God "Is"?

The Dark Side. Feared by many. Embraced by few. I am one of the few. It is not bad. I no longer fear it as the many weaklings that inhabit this hellish pit called Earth! It felt cold,I was blind, I was angry, I was sad. How I embraced it. I thought about all the bad things that happened to me, all the dark and sad memories. I thought about all the times I was picked on,then I thought about getting my revenge on the bullies and hurting them in sadistic ways. I thought about all the people whom I loved and died in my life. I could also see the future. The dark side told me that my friends would die if I did not embrace what it had to offer. I gained strength through the pain! The dark side will serve me well! It will save my best friend's life! He will not die the same way my grandfather and girlfriend died! The dark side showed me visions in my dreams of my friend in pain and dying similar to the ones I had before my grandfather and girlfriend died. The dark side will save his life!

In the past I've tried to the best of my abilities with some things, but I never did end up accomplishing them. I know practice makes perfect, but it's got to be more than that, right?

Basically...why are we here? What we do will be forgotten in 200 (if not less years). What we do now, whether it be trying to help others or just ourself seems to have no profound effect in the long run. This in some ways ties into religion...well obviously. Thank you for your time and I look forward to a good response which might constitute a rant for some people...but not to me, as I will be very interested. Thanks again

I have a friend that prides himself on how totally nonjudgemental he is. Tonight I had dinner with him and a married friend of ours. The married guy has a great wife and he is cheating on her. He asked for our opinions. Jason,(Mr nonjudgemental) really likes our friends wife, I could tell he wanted to bash married man about the affair. Yet, to stay true to character he said things like," I sometimes feel Im so nonjudgemental its a handicap. I just want good things for both of you, but I can't comment on the affair. I'd never judge someone." My advice was end the affair or tell your wife and let her decide whether she wants to stay or not. Jason really pissed me off. He acts SO righteous its sickening. In your opinion is he a better person for not passing judgement. Is giving advice passing judgement? I do not feel I judged married man, I gave advice. Opinions? Thanks
