No one is in the realm of consciousness to know at the point of passing away. The soul leaves the frame very silently. Why bother about something whose experience falls outside the range of consciousness and lies in the realm of death.

u will die leaving a peace sign. this peace is heard by the everyone. even you. there would rains of tears by whom u were loved.ur heart will stop and u r gone in a deep sleep. a sleep from which u may not wake up at that moment u will know that u r not dead but just having a dream. a never ending dream...
at that time u will realize u r dead if not so then u r still live. yaar siply if u r still happy in ur life then u are living.

People will stop interacting with you. If you attempt to make contact with them in any way they will act like they can't see or hear you.
This can be a bit frustrating untill you figure out what is happening. Chances are if you get any replies to this question you are still alive.
The only other alternative would be that dead people are answering you.
How likely is that.

Very difficult if we are rooted in just the sensory levels of perception. Our ancient masters have perfected good techniques to 'perceive' that we have 'lost' the body, when death happens. There are guided meditations to create a possibility to experience 'death'.
Only when our levels of perception deepens beyond the sensory levels, consciously ( unawares, we 'step' into such experiences at times, also retaining the memory of such experiences), we shall be able to know that death has happened to our body.

I somehwta aree with the above. If you were killed, or died from a disease, wouldn't you already know you were dying. So when you cross over to the after life (which has been prooven by the way with spiritualism ) you would know and recognise the change.

You'll know when people take care of your body... I mean bury or burn, as the case may be.
Some people strongly believe that one comes to know of imminent death... the soul knows it some moments before the actual event of death.

when u die u start feeling lighter and lighter and finally like a balloon u take of fron earth and start floating!!!
after sometime depending on ur karma u either board a HEAVENLY EXPRESS or keep confined to the earth till all ur sins r forgiven!!!!!!

When.you fail to hear any sounds,fail to smell any thing,fail to feel by touch any thing,fail to see with eyes open anything at all,when you fail to move your limbs,when you know you are not breathing and your heart is still not pumping,and when your body is icy cold..THEN YOU ARE CERTAINLY DEAD.
