I fel there is a subtle difference between pleasure and pain.
Pain , in my opinion , is a physical sensation, felt and communicated by a sense organ. Please , on the other hand, is a mental frame of mind.A more appropiate word would be happiness.
In this case you are using the word "pleasure" and not happiness.. I donot think that a physical pain would induce happiness in anybody. One can be calm and bearing the pain. Many saints , who suffered from problems like cancer bore the pain effortlessly and they ignored the pain.
In my humble opinion , if you say that you find pleasure in your pain , I can only interpret it as your happiness over your ability to ignore the pain. That I have not succumbed to the suffereing due to the pain gives you a feeling that you have won over something. Winning , in any form , gives you happiness and this is included too.

If you're finding pleasure out of pain, I don't think you're actually feeling pain- just by definition.
If you mean you're finding pleasure out of something that NORMAL people find painful, then there might be something wrong there...
You can't say it's "right" or "wrong". You can say it's normal or abnormal.
We feel pain for good reasons- to prevent injury to ourselves. So, things that cause pain shouldn't normally be found pleasurable.

Wrong it is not. Pain is just quality nerve signals. When you feel pain, it is the nerve signals that tell you brain that you're feeling it.
Sometimes, when you get cuts, they bear the signals that you feel to be pleasure. Other signals include the sensations that you feel form your skin, like the touch of your friend, or the wind. Sex.
All these sensations ecognize (emotive cognizance) the signals from your nerves, alterably.

Depends on what you mean exactly....
My first boyfriend only lived for pleasure or pain, emotionally. Said that's how he knew he was alive. If things were too easy, he didn't feel anything. He said the bad times were just as stimulating as the good times. Weird...but it makes sense I guess.

People who find "pleasure in pain" are usually suffering from some sort of psychological problem. The actual physical pain releases the emotional pain. I can also guarantee you there is more to your self-mutilation, please go see a shrink.

If it is pleasurable to you, then it ceases to be pain any longer. Unless if you're looking for pity, then best of luck.
