I'm a little bored, a little tired and a little hungary, what is there to do?

Eat if you are hungry and sleep if you are tired.
You are creating the problem of boredom by believing that there is 'something else' you should be doing. It is the extension of the belief that there is something outside of 'you' that can help you.

There is nothing you need to do.

Hello sir, well get so mething light to eat and exercise...be sure to hydrate a little but not too much, u do't wanna puke. It's notso bad to puke though, it happened to me when i was working out the other day..lol. My b/f said i dranl too much water. its ok to drink a lot like the day before or hours before, but when u drink a lot during your work-out, u can throw up, but it's ok. Personally, i like it a little, even though it might sound grose, but i don't force it...only if it comes naturally. And, u said you are tired, but probally not ready to go to bed....so when u finish working out, you'll have a g/n rest;)

Talk to some harmless looking stranger when walking down the street.

Chat.

Have fun.

But stay away from people in black trench coats.

Pick yourself, lace up your running shoes and go for a jog, keep it short, 4 miles or so, see if you find any inspiration along the way.

Visit your local VA hospital today. Many of our veterans have no one to visit them on special holidays.
