I am a 9th grader trying to figure out what to do with my life. I have a career in mind, but I like to keep my options open so I need your help.

1) I classify myself as a creative person. I like to step back, look at what the results of my creativity, and feel good about the fruits of my labours.

2) I am the math/science type of person.

3) I have excellent grades, and I will be going to university.

4) I am very mentally driven and innovative. I like to think of new ideas.

5) I like to impress. This would be my greatest motivation.

Thx in advance!

Ever since I graduated from college last spring I feel like I'm not living my life to its fullest potential. I feel like I'm letting each day just pass me by. Its like I'm alive but not truly living. What can I do tomorrow and every day to remind myself of just how precious and fleeting my life is? How can I best use the time I've been given to make a difference in the lives of others? What should I do with all the free time I have? It seems like lately all I do is waist time and wait to get old. How can I make February 7th 2007 into a wonderful memorable day?

You don't get instant gratification or never. But when you finally get any or all of the above after a long long wait, one does not care or it does not appeal anymore.
Please desist from banal answers like Karma, Providence, Will of GOD etc.

If someone says "morals vary from culture to culture, there is no absolute moral law" (which they vary)---does that imply the person is a reletivist?

Who are you?
What does this question mean to you? Do you answer with a name? Do you answer with a belief? I am Mike. I am athiest. I am a bassist, lyricist, and a thinker. I am all of these, and my personal beliefs and traits have so much more of an impact on who I am than my birth given name. Yet I answer with the name, Mike. I am Mike. Not I am Mike, the athiest bassist. I am Mike. The bassist, the athiest, the thinker, the believer, the hater, the lover, the friend. The inaudible sigh. The relief that noone hears or sees. Who are you?

Buffalo. What other animal in this world travels in herds so tightly woven, so dependant on what the buffalo in front of them do, that they will follow eachother off a cliff, effectively eradicating almost an entire herd? Humans. Humans herd together, and we follow eachother off of our own cliffs. Cliffs that we can't even see, because we're so far up the person's *** in front of us that we can't even see that we're going straight for a cliff. Metaphorically speaking, we're all headed for one cliff or another. Not very many people desire to walk off a cliff, it happens suddenly. Sometimes the person who's head is up your *** knocks you off before you get a chance to turn around and break away from the herd.

If you're lucky, you got put on the outer edges of the herd. You get to see what is happening, from a 3rd person perspective, and you decide not to follow the herd. You go off on your own, sometimes you're able to fend for yourself, sometimes you're still eaten. At least you weren't part of the herd.

The whole human race is one big herd, and there are the few of us who broke off from the herd, who see this happening and are way too weak to stop an entire stampede

At a show, why do I not care about how I am viewed by all around me.
When in other scenarios, things matter or insecurity may arise. Why does music provoke so much emotion in me? How does music empower my life...your life? I do not play an instrument.
It takes time to play music, it takes time to listen to it.

Do certain places or different countries have a certain vibe or "consciousness" to them? Not just the place but whole groups of people. I've noticed certain areas and people that seem depressed. Some areas have an artistic vibe to it, some spiritual, etc.

I notice people often think morality is subjective and is a view held differently by each person. I beg to differ, there is always one way that is moral and anyother way is wrong and immoral. To state this here is one argument. A man kills a baby to him that act is moral but to the other person it is not, who is right in this situation? the man who kills the baby is not moral despite what he thinks, he is just plain wrong. It might be hard to figure out who is right about what is moral but only one is right. Can you tell me your own personal standpoint on what is moral? Please don't just say whatever he or she thinks it is, please explain why that is so. Remember just because someone thinks something is moral does not make it moral. Just because you think 2+2=5 it does not. Prove to me that morality is objective or subjective. If you think it is not fact explain why, if you think morality is just fact explain why as well.
