some of these things are silly, but all true...
-grilled cheese cut into 2 triangles...
-when someone i don't know smiles a REAL smile (teeth and all) at me when we pass in the street or hallway...
-knowing someone cares (it doesn't have to be of the opposite sex, just someone expressing interest in your existence is usually enough)...
-looking good, knowing it, and getting complimented on it...
-doing something i wasn't sure i could do/proving myself wrong when i've underestimated myself...
-love (for others, in poems, shown to me, for humanity and it's imperfections, the fact that it's everywhere just feels so good)...
-when i'm respected by the people i respect...
-hearing a good story that's not cheesy but still means a lot...
-shakespeare...
-books in general (the smell of the books too)...
-hot dogs after i go swimming...
-coffee at all times of the day...
-all the memories that i thought of while i wrote this
i can't speak for people in general, it's unique to everyone. obvioulsy many want to be loved, etc., but there are just some things that can't be put into words by one person in hopes of identifying the same thing for everyone.

Happiness differs from person to person. Being in a state of knowing one's self is the key to happiness. Accepting and realizing how you contribute to the world is a huge part of being happy. Loving yourself and acceptance of the good and bad is happiness. Allowing anything to drive you that comprises your self respect will destroy your happiness.

My friends make me happy, my fiance, books make me happy, my family...Truth makes me happy as well, knowing that it is fact...People who do not make false accusations about me makes me happy, friends who don't stab me in the back make me happy. Many things make me happy...sometimes the happiness is just a bit harder to express because family issues and personal problems tend to outweigh those things that make me happy. Although seeing friends and loved ones smile seems to melt things away for at least a moment.

My gradual achievement or completion of each assignment makes me happy. As for people in general, whenever I can help anyone in terms of academic affairs or materials in need, this makes me happy.

That's a good question. Many things. On different days different things make me happy.
With people, respect and lack of judgment. Just good conversation and lots of laughs.

Love, beauty, nature, creativity.
Being with those I love. Painting & writing songs, playing music & singing. Sleeping in. Relaxing. Days off from a job I hate. Beautiful things.

Personally, I hope to see her face everyday and seeing her being happy makes me happy.
For people in general.
Seeing someone in need getting the help and care they deserves makes me happy.

Self respect, loving others and your own life, liking yourself.
That is happiness ... even in war. It'll give you courage.
I like happy people. their happiness gives a sign of their goodness, usually.
Thanks for the question:
