I am experiencing joy in my life. I have purpose in my life that drives me to strive to the best that i could possible be everyday. To realize your blessings in life, to loving yourself, acceptance are the keys to experiencing joy in one's life.

Ya know, if you had asked me that at 6 A.M. this morning when I got a phone call saying we had a late start for school, yes! I was joyful (I LOVE sleep!) Midafternoon....not so joyful....then tonight, listening to my son play different cords on his guitar and figuring out his home work together (with no screaming or kicking things) that was joy. I am going to go to bed with a smile on my face!
Just a personal note, I think that all too often we go looking for the BIG JOYOUS experience, and that are little good ones happeneing right under our noses. We just have to take the time to notice and appreciate them!

Sometimes I experience a little joy here and there...but I'm going through a rough period in my life right now and so I'm not truly joyful for the time being. I guess we need to all choose to be full of joy, but when you're life is unsettled and not where you want it to be yet...you appear to be a little joyless until you get to where you want to be.

I experience joys in the little things in life. Like, making a new recipe and having it taste good. Doing something nice for something like holding the door open and having them say "Thank you". Or even, reading a recommended book and actually enjoying it.
