Ever since I graduated from college last spring I feel like I'm not living my life to its fullest potential. I feel like I'm letting each day just pass me by. Its like I'm alive but not truly living. What can I do tomorrow and every day to remind myself of just how precious and fleeting my life is? How can I best use the time I've been given to make a difference in the lives of others? What should I do with all the free time I have? It seems like lately all I do is waist time and wait to get old. How can I make February 7th 2007 into a wonderful memorable day?

Live it my dear! Live it to the fullest. Do something you love. Learn something. Take a risk. Open your heart. Experience the beauty of the world. Take a walk in the woods. Watch the sun rise or set. What are your dreams? Take one concrete step toward making them happen. Don't take anything for granted. Be like a child. Look at the world through eyes of wonder. Have fun! Be with people you love. Meet someone new. Get out there! Do something. If you feel you're wasting time, don't waste it! Make the most of your day! Life is too short not to enjoy it. Be fully alive. Laugh, cry, do cartwheels, fall in love. Make a "To Do" list of things you'd like to experience & then start doing them (some of mine are rock climbing, horseback riding & skydiving for example). Life isn't a dress rehearsal. Don't sit around waiting for it to happen. Make it happen! Sit down & write. Writing is a great way to spend your time in & of itself. It can also be a great method of soul-searching. You may find yourself & the answers will become clear to you.

Good luck!

Well you are already down the road to happiness, which is the ultimate goal you should seek. You are aware that you can do more so use your spare time now to explore the world, read about all the things you don't know about yet (most of us could spend a lifetime just doing that). Like you say, life is precious so cradle it in your hand and treat it with dignity...it is yours to do the best you can with it.

Devout yourself to a rightous cause such as reducing polution or saving endangered animals. Maybe donate to lost children's funds, or starving children's funds. Join an animal rights club. Participate in saveing anything and everything you can. Volonteer to pick up trash. Recycle. Take the bus or walk to work instead. Sorry if this doesn't do it for you, but this is a sincere answer.

The quickest way to make yourself "feel alive" , mind you it may not be the best way, think about something horribly tragic that has happened in the past and cry, keep crying until you feel your heart beat again. You can keep doing this until you find something more feasible to sustain your feeling of lively-hood. One thing I may recommend is learning to meditate. Talk about feeling alive!!! Meditating is the best for that!

The only thing I can say is we have a responsibility to care about each other. You should care about everyone else and they should care for you. Volunteer for some good causes. Practice random acts of kindness. Love one another.

Wake Up. awake to your union with God in unconditional love. this is your purpose in life. "God dwells within you as you". As the colors of the rainbow are contained within sunlight, so to are we all contained within the light of Gods unconditional love. Your supreme duty in life is to express this love to the best of your ability.
