CHARACTER?
the term 'character defect' is a social construction to codemn others or feel guilty about yorself!

of course there are defects, that harm you, unless you learn to manage them!

For example, I suffer because of too much aggressiveness, reactiveness, that results in anxiety and hypertension...

but they're not my character defects, but simply disorders that need personal and professional care!!

therefore, forget about 'character' defect, learn the art of simple and happy living, pardon others and yorself too, don't hurt anyone including yourself!!

BUT never, never, never feel guilty about any trait in you, or you may suffer more n that'll cause others to suffer as well!!!
