And is it any good?

I'm reading 'Kitty & The Midnight Hour' by Carrie Vaughn. It's ok-but I'd just read 'Blood Bound' by Patricia Briggs which was far better!

I have walked my fill of the wax and wane
Of snow on concrete
The cut of light on glass and mirrors and images
all too shallow for the soul.

Winter accolades and the nothing taste of hoar frost
-- however beautiful
promising devastating imperishability

when all I wanted was the fragile yield
of a crushed blossom.

September's song came in barest spring,
In a gaze of late summer leaves
And hands sure and slow as dog day gloaming.

I have had walked my fill of snow on glass and the wax and
wane of mirror images.

Bring me deep into your season.

In my format I only have options of (left, right, centered, or justified). Justified is more for columns it seems. When I look in other books for reference, the words are hyphenated sporadically. How do I get that function?

I have to write a short poem about something today that is wrong in a satire.

Don't put anything about God.

I'm thinking something sarcasmistic.(if thats a word)

I have this adventure/romance novel planned, and I can't decide if there should be a baby or not. Would it be too unrealistic if the baby survived a plane crash?? I've heard about babies living through horrible car accidents. And if you think it is not too unrealistic do you think it would hurt/slow down an action/adventure story? It is not the main two character's baby. It is one of the other passengers who was killed. They get captured, then escape, and then walk through the Amazon. So, baby or no baby??

Please, this is important. I can do it either way, but I can't figure out which one is better. Be nice. Thanks!!!

I am currently writing a novel, and it is pretty good (agents have already accepted it, although I rejected them...stupid me), but I have one problem. I feel like my dialogue is unrealistic and my characters are flat. This is a fantasy, so it is hard to ask questions about your charcter, because they don't do what we do in the modern world. Also, my dialogue - I feel like sometimes I don't what the character would say in response, so I end up making something that sounds a little weird. My very objective friend says the dialogue is fine, but I stil want advice, especially on the characters. Please, good advice! Thanks!
