I am not sure about age but I am currently speaking with Wl Writers Literacy Agency and the Christopher Little Agency. (Christopher Little is the Literary Agent for J. K. Rowling) also you need to get an Agent who will SELL your book to publishers. But contracts with minors are non-binding, so some lower agencies will not accept you.

You can submitt your manuscript online or though snail mail. But if they ask to charge you a reading fee RUN AWAY!!! They are fakes looking to make a bit of cash. DO NOT work with them. Also, the usual percent for an agent is anywhere between 10 and 15 percent.

None.

You cannot legally enter into a publishing contract. It would require an exceptional effort on the part of your parent or guardian to even get an agent to consider representing you.

Why all of the sudden are all of these 12 year olds asking how to get published? You are the third one TODAY to ask this question. No offense, but at 12 you are just beginning to understand the more subtle nuances of the language. You should be focusing your attention on learning the craft of writing, not worrying about getting published.

Writing is a craft, and like any craft it requires skill and hard work. For now, you should be focusing on learning the craft. There are no short cuts, and I don't care how great your friends think your stories are, five years from now I guarantee you will look back on your current stories and laugh at how bad they are. believe me. I know. Been there. Done that.
