What would be easy to write a research paper on Truman Capote: his themes or his settings?

I don't have to read any of his works. I have researched Capote and his works, it is difficult to decide which would be easy to write five to ten pages on. Which is more constant in his works?

I think settings are a more concrete topic compared to themes - easier because of less interpretation/speculation.
