Where can you get acting auditions for background people in tv or movies or even in commercials because I've searched and I can't find anything.

I've just started to read The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, and I basically just read the first 10 or something pages and I realized that, the way the book explains it, it's basically impossible for the Law of Attraction to work.
If everything that you think happens, what keeps me from constantly thinking that the Law of Attraction doesn't exist? If it disappears, my thoughts would no longer have to be reality and it will exist again, but then that will mean that it doesn't work, because my thoughts aren't reality anymore...

What do you think?

Do you ever feel that you might have been more successful, happier, more at ease if you'd been born in another time or place? Do you believe in reincarnation, and, if so, do you think that one can "direct" or influence the circumstances of their next life?

I have to do a 4-5 minute discussion or activity with my class (I'm a student) on The Black Cat by Edgar Allan Poe. What do you think I could talk about/do with them? I'd like to start a discussion of some type or ask for everyone's opinions - but how can I keep it going for 4 minutes?
Could anyone give me a list of things such as themes that I could get them talking about?

We must choose between doing what pleases God and what appeals to our own selfish desires.

If Voldemort can sence when witches and wizards are telling lies - why cant he tell (in Deathly Hallows) - when Narcissa Malfoy tells him that Harry is dead?

Knowing Voldemort to be the most powerful dark wizard in that century, wouldn't he be able to tell that she wasn't being genuine?

im 20, i am majoring in philosophy and ab english, i only have 2 friends one abroad and one here, i dont go out and drink beer, i dont smoke, i read books most of the time i have read 65 books in a year, i seem to have a lot of people to talk to in school and they ask for advice from me but during lunch time i always just eat alone, many guys text me and tell me how intelligent and briliant i am, but all of my friends have boyfriend s while i do not have one for i seem to attract always guys who are not my type or who cannot converse with me, cause they cannot talk to me about a lot of things and i do get bored easily, at school i make people laugh, but i have no one to talk to at the end of the day to tell all my problems, i have been suicidal at times, what is the use of this beauty, intelligence all of this when i dont have real friends, to be with me when i go out to go to the mall, i dont know what am i doing wrong that i became this loner.am i meant to be alone

best wishes.

that lazy young man
he did you wrong in ways
so politically correct

he made you feel guilty
for knowing him.

he looked into your eyes
and mumbled evasive lies –

he refused to share with you
the secrets he promised others
he would not repeat.

despite his commitment
to tell you everything,
he lied by omission.

he’s good at keeping secrets,
but so are you –
that’s why you acknowledge him.

at least you can thank him
for the interesting music
and good food

I hope the sun is out tomorrow
you could use some cheering up
and nothing would be better for you
than a warm day away from reality.
