If you have ever dealt with Faber & Faber, what was you experience like?

Hey all, sorry I haven't been very communitive lately, we are preparing to leave early Sun the 11th for Little Rock AR. Tylars surgery is on the 14th but, we also have tours of the hospital, a meeting with the surgeon and pre op to get through.

To help pass the time, I have been writing when I can and editing works to begin submissions when we get back. I was considering Faber & Faber but, after all the time and money I've spent over the years in looking for a reputable publisher has brought me to careful baby steps and caution.

**I truly love all you guys and really respect your opinions, you have been nothing but, a wonderful group of friends and I hope you all are safe and happy *^_^*

All the Very Best, Shad @)~>~

But life is a game mainly off the field. All our bodies end up under the field. But our souls rise up way above the field?

Political correctness is nothing but a form of cenorship & doublespeak, created by liberals. Don't you realize just how one sided & unfair it is? For example I can type white-trash & cracker, & post it in this forum. But if I posted something offensive about a minority group I would get a violation notice from Y!A. But of course political correctness only protects the people of "marginal" groups from being offended. Here are some examples of politically correct bullshit.
blind = visually challenged
gay = different
midget = little person
Retard = Mentally Challanged
black = African-American
Indian = Native American
non-white = person of color
Anyone from Mexico, Central America, South America, or the Carribean = Hispanic/Latino
dead = living impaired
dishonest = ethically disoriented
fired = laid off
garbage man = sanitation worker
homeless = residentially flexible
illegal immigrant = undocumented immigrant
perverted = sexually dysfunctional
poor = financially unstable
wrong = differently logical

So if you've a date in Constantinople
She'll be waiting in Istanbul

Even old New York was once New Amsterdam
Why they changed it I can't say
People just liked it better that way

So take me back to Constantinople
No, you can't go back to Constantinople
Been a long time gone, Constantinople
Why did Constantinople get the works?
That's nobody's business but the Turks

What do you really want out of life? What makes you feel fulfilled, satisfied and content?

For me all I want out of life is to raise my daughter right, and to show her the path of becoming a respectful young lady. I live my life for my daughter; my every step is for her. Do no get me wrong I do also live for myself but my mind set at this point is all for my daughter. She is only 7yrs old, and I am a single mother. I feel by giving my best to raise her right makes me feel fulfilled, satisfied and also content.

What about you??
