Great question.... thought through for a while and here is what I find.
Order should not be confused with lack of freedom and freedom should not be confused with chaos. There can be no real freedom without some order to sustain it and indeed no real order without some freedom within the rules to give it added value.

Can you make your questions more specific?
The fact that the universe is digital reduces the number of possible situation. This adds stability allowing for the regularity of laws of nature we have.
Similarly, artists who have work under strict constraints such as rules for rhyming poetry have to use more imagination than free form prose.
Much of the freedoms we have come out of the fact that things are constrained. E.g. If there are set protocols or expectations in a family or a society such as punishment for cruelty, then people can freely go about their business in the expectation that they will less likely be hassled by cruel treatment.

Order and freedom are closely linked concepts. Just in the last century wars have killed more then 50 million people and made refugees of hundreds of thousands more. Disorder deprives people of the freedom to live their their in peace and harmony. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to enjoy both order and freedom in my life.

Hi Third P . . . . order in my interpretation is following the laws of the land with the Constitution allowing us freedoms which are written for individual rights and privileges. In America we are allowed to be free thinkers as long as we don't cross the barrier of breaking laws, whether they are deemed good or bad by individuals (as in threatening lives of others or threatening mass destruction, bodily harm), must be adhered to. If we don't like them, feel they are too restrictive, we write to those that can change these laws and when enough protests are challenged, laws can be change. Our society, which is far from perfect, needs a certain order and not disorder, and I don't mean Big Brother syndrome, just simple living and respect.

I see order as a term for tradition and freedom as breaking away from traditional thinking. Both are good and necessary.

Knowledge and ability. The unity for knowledge and ability puts right the Will, positivity, and the Judgment, negatively, in their positive social purposes.
