11. No. They are treated with kid gloves at this point. During WWII we put the Japanese in camps (which was wrong). We talked about the murderous Huns, despite the fact that we have such huge ethnic German populations in the US. But for some reason it is now wrong to associate Muslims with terrorism despite the fact that all of the terrorists we are currently fighting are Muslims.
12. Yes. But as much as Christianity, Judaism, Hindu, etc etc etc are misunderstood.

3. Finding out that the attack was caused by Muslims didn't, because I knew those Muslims were not representative of the whole. Seeing news footage of Muslims celebrating the death and carnage did, though; no civilized people should ever celebrate death.
4. Mostly various sites on the Internet. However for 9/11 it was mostly TV, CNN.
5. No, I've always been critical of mainstream news.

7. Yes, but so has just about every other major religion. Islam just hasn't caught up with the rest of them yet.
8. Like all religions, it preaches both peace and violence. What's important is one's interpretation of it and the lessons & morals people take away from it.

11. & 12. I think Muslims and the media alike share blame for their bad image. The media because it is culturally biased, and also biased to only report bad news (which is mostly the only time Muslims make the news). Muslims also because I feel they have not done enough to clear up misunderstandings and renounce evil acts by other Muslims.

severe non secular communities ***** approximately each and every thing, they are in certainty the only reason I study the Harry Potter books. in no way might have piked that e book up if it substitute into not for them. My guess is it has monsters with horns (devil) and a few greater stuff which will basically reason me to flow right into a rant so i'm going to end now.
