Fine, you big baby.

What would your personal philosophy be if you were like Socrates?

Make sure you leave a lasting impression.

Unequivocally, my personal philosophy is that we are all equal. No discrimination, no pre-conceived ideas.
Still working on the lasting impression. Since I'm almost 64, I said to a friend about a week ago, 'If I'm going to make a lasting impression, I'm going to have to make it soon!'

On YA? I don't think so. If people didn't understand Socrates and they could look in his eyes and see him in person, do you think someone is going to understand me on the Internet? Very difficult...
Therefore I will limit myself to give you an aphorism: by all means marry; if you get a good wife, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.
And we have to thank Xanthippe if we can read Plato's dialogues on Socrates now. :)

"Love God completely, love colleague as Self, love as Christ Jesus loves, and ascend in the Light of God as have Enoch, Elijah, Jesus, and many Saints."

"Climb the Highest Mountain," Mark Prophet, "Watch Your Dreams," Ann Ree Colton, "The Path of Virtue," Jonathan Murro, "Man, Master of His Destiny" and "The Yoga of Nutrition," O. M. Aivanhov, "Gandhi, the Man: The Story of His Transformation," Easwaran, Ph.D., "Life before Life," Tucker, M.D., "Extraordinary Knowing," Mayer, Ph.D., "Psychoenergetic Science," Tiller, Ph.D., http://www.tiller.org "The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce?", Free and Wilcock, http://www.divinecosmos.com "Babies Remember Birth," Chamberlain, Ph.D., "Dancing with the Void," Sunyata, "Testimony of Light," Helen Greaves, "The Station of No Station," Henry Bayman, "To Live Within," Lizelle Reymond, "The Great Divorce," C. S. Lewis, "The Master of Lucid Dreams," Kharitidi, M.D.--a few good books of "personal awareness/character/attainment/philosophy" that have benefited many. If unsure, would recommend "Expecting Adam," by Martha Beck, as warm, insightful, and funny. Innerstanding is where the kingdom is at....
