Alright so heres my story...my name is Hannah Martinez and I am 16. my desire out of life is to be simply successful. My dream is to simply be an actress. i know millions of people want to be an actor/actress. But AM willing to go the distance. Whenever I watch a movie i take tips of from their acting and
practice them in my room. I even make my mom seem like a camera person. My heart just starts beating when I think of me becoming my dream. I just have so many questions that I still need answered. I live with my parents and my little sister. I’ve sang in plays. My talent that I know I possess is singing. And I hope thats a plus for the acting business. I want to make my family proud. I’ve even made a goal sheet for myself and at the top is-get an acting career. Believe me im not doing this just to be rich or famous. I just need a chance, thats all.All my frenz believe in me and they think I could be incredible.plz if anyone can help me i more than appreciate it..thank u for ur time

What is the name of the font in the words, "Boston Gazelle"? or any font similar to it? It`s the same font in every single link. Ten points to best answer! Thank you.

On the first two links, it looks like Bolton Gazelle, but it really reads Boston Gazelle so I just wanted to clear that up. The third link has a better view of the words.

Initially when surnames came into fashion they were not transferable from father to son. Thus, John Smith's son might be William Johnson. William Johnson's son might be called Richard Williams. Or maybe if Richard was a carpenter he's call himself Richard Wright. Richard's son might be called Thomas Reed because he had red hair, but his son might go by Henry thopson. Get it?

Well sometime in the 1100's the upper classes around London and the South began to grant title of their surnames to their sons and daughters. As time went on this practice slowly creeped into the culture in the lower classes and swept northward. By 1400 it was a common practice amongst all the English.

My question is when, precisely, which decade or so, did this practice become the norm amongst the average, common peasant family in middle England?

In other words, how long has the surname of a typical family today been handed down from one generation to the next?

okay.
first of all, this is not asking "when are they making wicked a movie?"
thats been asked a million times.
NO BODY KNOWS!!!

but i have an opinon based question,
if they do make wicked into a movie,
do you think they should make it more like the novel
or the musical?

i think they should make it more like the novel!
Trust me, im a HUGE fan of both the book and the musical
but if they made the movie based on the musical
it would seem to ruin the show.
:[

so i think they should base it more on the book.
[just leave all the sexual stuff out]

another upside to making the movie based on the boook is
they can also make "son of a witch"

but idk,
what do you think?

My life is blessed' my life is good; from my head down to my toes I have been blessed with all that is admired and envied in existence.

But I am hard pressed to explain what noble deeds I hold under my belt to deserve this? I have to admit that sometimes this makes me nervous; feel that there is a price to pay in terms of obedience and humility. To be sure this cannot be taken for granted; in my mind I cannot sometimes help but think 'with fear and tembling' that what has been so freely given can be just as easily taken away.. (quicker than a rabbit fornicates)

now and forever...

If you were to accurately quantify all actions and states of being as having a digit to represent it's 'good' and a seperate digit to represent it's 'evil' and than tally the world if you found the total of good to be significantly less than the total of evil, and if you define the extinction of all life on earth as zero good and zero evil...I find myself living with this assumption. It seems to me that evil (and it's twin ignorance) in all manners can be done more easily and more socially acceptably than good. If I somehow possessed the ability to end all life on earth immidiently than how would you tell me I should not (please don't mention hope, people have been hoping for 20,000 years since humanity existed!).

They suggested that I Ching (Chinese) and the Old Testament of the Bible, plus Nostrodamas, all prophesized that 12/21/2012 would be the date when the world came to an end. Just wanted to know what if anything, Y/A's had to contribute to this notion! It is not specified in any of these prophesies just how the world would end, just that it would occur after a huge dissaster! (No big surprise there)! What do you guys think? History International titled this episode "Doomsday."

Do you think that one day at some point in time that all the chemicals that make you up could one day come together again and revive your consciousness, maybe in a cloud of chemicals like a gaseous cloud in space. Or maybe again as your self.

She was born about 1833 in South Carolina (most likely Chester County). Martha Hughes married Thomas Ratteree in about 1850. I'm looking for her father's first name and her mother's maiden name. Her mother, Nancy was born about 1810 in South Carolina. Anyone who has membership to Ancestry.com, please help. Thank you in advance.

I have a copy of the 1860 census:

1860 United States Federal Census (Chester County, SC)
Thos Ratteree 29 (~1831)
Martha Ratteree 27 (~1833)
Jane Ratteree 10
Sarah Ratteree 7 (~1853)
James Ratteree 4
Robert Ratteree 3
Henry Ratteree 3.12
Nancy Hughes 50

Are Italian people considered caucasian? I've always wondered because they're darker than most caucasian people (ie like the British-mainly in London-who are paler skinned and blonde). Please post. Thanks.

(and don't give me any spiritual insight crap...be honest. if you were taught to do so without question at an early age, just say so.)...and if there is no meaning to life, then why go through it at all?
