It means they have to give their consent of you working in the respective place. You're under aged, this means the employer needs to see/know that your parents agree with your working in an official environment. It's the law.

IT is a regular business letter that says only that they have enclosed their (son or daughter"s) resume and photo for their consideration for represetation. That is all. They might include that they will call in two weeks to make sure they got the packet. NO MORE,
