it sounds like you don't have very parenting parents.
you should divorce them and become your own parent. i don't mean run wild and free in the streets. quite the opposite, actually. let yourself know that its alright, that you are watching over it, and that there is no reason to be afraid of anything. anger, after all, comes from fear and the unknown.
also, you should check out some epicurean philosophy, which began by Epicurus, who believed that no one can make you anything except yourself.
they believed this so much that they could block out all feelings of pain hurting. that is, they recognized it as simply a sensation of the body, neither good nor bad. when one was being tortured until his leg snapped off completely, he was laughing and taunting the guards. crazy Epicurus.
but i'm still working on my own anger problems and just now starting to feel a difference after taking total responsibility for my own discipline and self-control.

I'm sorry you're having such a rough time...Sounds like you're looking for help anywhere and everywhere--- which is good!
But since you're still miserable I'd suggest you ask yourself a few questions:
*Have you always been angry? If there was a time when you weren't angry all the time, how was it different than now? Did you experience any trauma or abuse in the past?
*Do you just get more angry than other people at real problems? Or are you angry at nothing and everything?
*What *didn't* work for you? Is there anything else to try?
*Do you have friends... what do they think your problem is?
*Do you know what you believe? What you want for your life and who you want to be? Other than rage, do you like where you are and who you are?
Maybe if you can get some answers to these questions, you can get an idea whether you need to change your life and school because it's not a good match for you, your coping/emotional skills, your physiology (need meds), or whether you are feeling hopeless and need to find a faith or worldview that satisfies your soul.
It can be terrifying to look that deeply into your self, but once you know the deep down cause, maybe you can figure out how to get better... Good luck.

A kindred. I know the feeling. I do. I would try to help you, but you already said you see no point in getting help. Which I understand. It's been, wow, over ten years and I'm through with the counselors and psychiatrists. I'm sick of hearing how one small change in lifestyle, and these tranquillizers, will make life all better! I know too much and I was always afraid of what that meant. Now I know I'm not the one having a problem. I can only tell you that nothing is missing in you. You need to look elsewhere for ideas. Places you haven't looked, where you wouldn't have thought to look. Keep looking, you will get out. Its finding that one moment, it comes in so many forms. A person, a book, a pamphlet, a job, an animal. Sounds weird, but keep your mind open. Things aren't right here, you're angry because you feel what you know but don't remember. But you can and if you look, if you accept, you will.

You need to learn to step back from the anger when you feel it coming on. You have been living with it long enough to know your internal signs. Take a look and ask where is it coming from, why am I letting it affect what is happening around me, is my anger really a part of this or is it coming from somewhere else. Once you start answering these questions then you can understand why.
If you run your crap comes with you. You can run from home, school, living situations, whatever. But you cannot run from yourself. Keep trying to get help. My anger has cost me more than I care to admit, and I only recently found a woman who got me some skills instead of putting me on a bunch of pills. That is what you need.
Depression isnt anger, stress can manifest as anger, being unhappy and not knowing how to go about changing it can manifest as anger. Are you in school for what you want to be in school for? Are parental units screaming down your neck? You say you dont want to give up, dont. You have it within you to take control of your situations and make them work for you. This anger will become a habit if you let it, it is much easier to slip into rage then to let things go.
We cannot control anger, only learn to understand where and
why and then it slowly diminishes as the understanding of it grows. Trust me, please do not give up on seeking help and never give up on yourself and your goals. You have every right to live your life as you would like. Anger will only hold you back, trust me...good luck, if you ever need to get it out you can contact me!

Hi. You are not alone .The whole world is angry in one way or the other.I do not know if you are a Christian but just hear me out and make up your own mind.God and the Devil conversed, and the Devil said that people believe in God only when life is good for them. When things turn bad, they cease to believe in God.People blame God for acts as if he does not exist.God therefore, allowed the devil one century in which to exercise an extended power over the world, and the Devil chose the twentieth century.Today ,as we can see all around us ,everyone is dissatisfied, they cannot abide each other, large numbers are divorced and there are many abortions. These are all works of the Devil.I am not saying you are possessed by the Devil.I am saying it is very easy to be seduced by the Devil if you give him the opportunity .This is my reason only and you are free to accept it as a possibility or to reject it as a load of rubbish.

Walk outside. It can help clear your head, depending on where you go and if anyone goes with you. I walk alone on a quiet trail for about 3-5 miles to calm me down. Walking and meditation help to relax your body. Try to think of positive things instead of how horrible everything is. Express your anger in art or something like that. Express yourself without hurting you or anyone else.
Get time to yourself but be safe.
Maybe try St Johns wart for depression. It helps relax some people
Get enough sleep

It seems you really needed help. Why not give yourself a break by seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Voice out your inner problems with God. Am sure He will lend his ears and help you out of it. Remember that Life is so meaningful if only you could give value to it. Don't burrow yourself to misery. Wake up my friend and see the wonders of life. Life is a gift of Nature. You have to plant positive thought within yourself. It earns a lot of energy to boost yourself. Negative thinking is very distressing and will really stress you out. It will burn your energies and keeps you down. I know you have confidence in yourself. So make use of it and stand up and fight.
Thanks for asking. Have a great day!

Wow. I had exactly the same problem. Here´s what I´m doing now... I´m studying abroad. I´m not so stressed anymore, so I guess it helped. Maybe you do just need a change of scenery.
