the question was ; ''why some people act evil?''

one of the answer was ; ''Bad childhood, no father, no mother, alone, never learned how to behave, short temper, high anger, anger issues, no love as a child, a stone heart. You have great parents who taught you right from wrong, and gave you a lot of love. ''

i want to make it clear, my parents taught me nothing. i don't even have good relationship with my father, family is NOT an excuse for being unfair and evil. i taught myself. there is no excuse for being bad, ignorance is NOT an excuse. i forgive people who act evil, but still ignorance is a choice not an excuse.//

I'm writing a paper for an English class on abortion, and one of my required sources must be a fictional novel. The book must have abortion as the primary or secondary plot. Can you think of any that come to mind?

Thanks!

If artificial intelligence is one day created, will it not pose a philosophical problem, because humans themselves are just biological intelligent creatures. If we make robots work for us, and use them as slaves, won't we be undermining their rights? Slavery is a wrong thing when applied to humans, but what about when it applies to robots?

i've met quite some guys that are only interested in you-know-what and so I wrote them off because I discovered that if they can't love a woman they can't even make a pleasing, dedicated lover and satisfy her emotionally, intellectually & above all...sensually.

ps) I've been hungry for love for a long time and at some point I was considering just "being with someone without any obligations"
but I learned men like that can't even make it last for a longer period of time, so that's why I say they don't make good lovers and ultimately can't make a woman happy.

I know the the in depth history of WW1 & WW2. It seems my country, the US of A could be mistaken for cowardly too. Since the end of WW2 who have we fought? We thought Korea was gonna be an easy one, then the red Chinese showed up. (we wont touch them again) Vietnam looked like an easy enough win, sorry. Iraq looked easy enough, oops. Why will a bully only pick on someone he thinks he can beat. There were a bunch of insignificant victories over smaller countries and tiny islands, but never anyone who could hurt us.
N. Korea, China,USSR. Those fights would have taken brass balls. I don't love or hate France,I'm just asking what you think. They bailed us out a couple of times, in case you forgot. There might not have been a USA had it not been for the help of France.
PS They fought in Afghanistan, but they thought Iraq was a bad idea, we thought they were cowards? Seems they were just smarter than us.

Has anybody else met someone with the exact same name as them? I did yesterday...I handed a cashier my creditcard at my college bookstore and she said hey my name is Stephanie S**** too, what's your middle name? I told her and she was like oh my gosh that's mine too! What a coincidence...I wonder what the chances of this happening are?
