If you would cure anger, do not feed it. Say to yourself: 'I used to be angry every day; then every other day; now only every third or fourth day.' When you reach thirty days offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving to the gods.
Epictetus
Roman (Greek-born) slave & Stoic philosopher (55 AD - 135 AD)

Anger as soon as fed is dead-
'Tis starving makes it fat.

Me and you,

We're rebels of the current world view
nobody cares about us
cept those that have to
and us,
a world
a whole galaxy it seems
your star meets mine
and we meld in between
stardust turns to plasma
while day turns to night
you and me become
binary
creating dual light
dual worlds where the folk
walk with four legs and four feet.
Our people will see with eyes
too wide for this debris.

We're inside of that space
where God meets mind
where mind meets thought
where I becomes we
and we becomes you.

maybe we're just crazy
Nah, we're just in tune.
Me and you,
we're just in tune.

Usually when people are sad, they don't do anything. They just cry over their condition. But when they get angry, they bring about a change.

What's all the fuss about what goes on after deathn etc.? The really important stuff happens beofre one's death, while still alive. Given the state of our world, not just now, but historically as well, what do you think that does to one's soul?
