Our kids are getting older and we want to have more nights out just the 2 of us. She loves dancing and we haven't been in ages, so we do not know where to go. We are not big club or bar-hopping people so does anyone know any good places for a 30-something couple to go dancing in Northern Utah without all the thrash music or without being surrounded by a bunch of 18 year olds, and without going to skanky smokey bars?

In all the years since I read the book, I've never met anyone else who has. It's infuriating, given the fact that everyone I know has seen the movie. If you've read it, I'd love to know your thoughts about it.

These items dont have to be real, just real looking. Also the time is set in 1940's & 50's so the items need to be/look old. We are a low budget film, so we dont have a lot of $ to spend. Ideally we could borrow items and return them, of course the loaner of the items would get a credit or thank you in the film credits. If anyone has any old German &/or Russian items that we can purchase or borrow, please contact me. Or if you have ideas where I can go. Thank you!!

Labor strife in the 1800s in the US:
a - was limited to a relatively small number of strikes.
b - led to the growth of strong labor unions to fight for better wages and rights throughout the country.
c - led the highly radical and communist oriented Knights of Labor to strike, shutting down 10% of US commerce in 1894.
d - convinced most large corporations of the period to become wages and improve conditions to avoid unionization among their workers.
